The task: International Women’s Day is coming up and we’ve got insights that tell us about the barriers women feel in the gym – from feeling too intimidated to go into the weights room to feeling self conscious in what they’re wearing. We believe the gym is for everyone, so let’s call out these barriers and play our part in overcoming them.
The idea: Let’s talk about and show the barriers women feel in the gym. But not in a doom and gloom way, in a fun, upbeat, empowering way. Next, let’s smash these barriers!
